The Bear Lives vision started after spending collective years hiking, backpacking, and adventuring throughout BC. We have spent many hours painstakingly navigating poorly-written directions to find trailheads. And after years of collecting our own information we decided to share it online here for free so that everyone can enjoy all the beauty this province has to offer.

My names Parker, and I like to party. I enjoy reading a long walk on the beach, and taking good books. Grew up in Canmore so I know my way around the slopes. Can often be found herding a group of idiots up a mountain. Mostly in this for the INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS.

What you see is what you get. I'm just a guy with a love for adventure and an honours BBA. I started hiking a few years ago and it's been pretty neat.
